At $199 it's $50 cheaper than Nook Color and about $300 cheaper than an Apple iPad.
#2. Works great with Amazon content
The organization on Kindle Fire will make it easier to access the content you buy at Amazon.

Amazon Silk browser is a new ground-up technology development that allows websites to load faster.
The Cons:
#1: No camera, no Bluetooth.
It's going to be hard to link the Fire with an external keyboard. And, you'll still need your camera - at least the one in your phone.
#2: Nothing close to the 90,000 apps available for the iPad.
Yes, the Kindle tablet has apps. No, there won't be as many available as what you can get at iTunes for the iPad.
